Mario spent last 40 years working in the technical glass manufacturing industry, deeply focusing on overhead line insulation technology.
In order to grow as a renowned, distinguished expert and pioneer in toughened glass insulator technology, Mario has been travelling and working across the globe, designing and successfully setting up some of the top glass manufacturing plants out there today, here including Europe, China, Russia, North and South America, North Africa, Canada, and more.
Pushed by an endless passion for his work, Mario covered top management and board level roles within a variety of projects and countries, and has been closely following both sales, commercial and technical challenges along his career.
Following most recent worldwide financial crisis, his experience delivered extraordinary value in order to support M&A operations, manage operational turnaround and restructuring, as well as leading performance improvement and meaningful cost cutting.
Mario developed solid and trustful relationships with key suppliers in technical glass industry, as well as network of scientists, technical experts, research laboratories and regional teams around the world.
In 2015, in order to better balance plans for both private and working life, he founded Paolella Engineering Advisory, a professional boutique with the aim to keep providing the industry with his practical, passion driven, expertise.
